Ad Scientiam specializes in developing digital biomarkers integrated into mobile medical device software applications. These biomarkers are physiological or behavioral measures that can be used to track MS disease progression and treatment effectiveness.
In order to enrich medical knowledge, improve the performance and functionality of these software applications, or develop new devices, it is necessary to reuse data from patients who have participated in previous research projects, or who use applications developed by Ad Scientiam as part of their day-to-day care.
On this page, you will find all the information you need about re-use of your data, and in particular, for each project concerned:
the identity of the data controller;
lhe purposes for which your data will be re-used;
the recipients of the data.
This site will be updated each time Ad Scientiam plans to re-use your pseudonymized data. You may object at any time to the re-use of your data, by contacting our Data Protection Officer at this address: privacy@adscientiam.com.
Objectives: To explore users’ walking behavior in real-life conditions as part of the MWET walking endurance test (Mobile Walk Endurance Test) and the MWPT walking perimeter test (Mobile Walk Perimeter Test), in order to better characterize the limitations and constraints associated with the use of the mobile applications developed by Ad Scientiam that include these walking tests, and to improve the algorithms used to analyze walking. Data controller(s): Ad Scientiam Partner(s): None Lawfulness of processing: Legitimate interests pursued by Ad Scientiam Data sources: Data collected and analyzed as part of the MuControl and MS-Flower clinical studies Data recipient(s): The data controller and its processors, the scientific lead of the research, the professionals involved in the research, and the persons responsible for processing and analyzing the data.
